CASE MANAGEMENT INITIATIVE

We are very grateful for more than 120 agencies and schools that participated in our monthly case management trainings and peer group meetings from Aug 2020 to Oct 2021.
Our goal was to help empower our participants to engage LAUSD and other students in their at-home learning. Click here for a July 2020 LA Times article on 50,000 African American and Latino students not participating in their virtual classes.
The videos and materials below are available for your continued enrichment and program development.
