About the Event

WHAT

More than 50,000 students did not log into their at-home learning in recent months. Meanwhle, less than 10% of students at many South LA-area schools typically test proficient in math and English Language Arts. Students not connected to at-home learning are expected to have even more learning losses. 

The Zoom login will be provided in your confirmation and reminder emails.

Four trainings are available for you to choose from. All are held on Tuesdays and will present the same content. You can attend one or all, as needed. Register for each one individually on this Events webpage. Save the dates as follows:

* August 4 and 11, 10-11:30am

* August 18, 1-2:30pm

* September 1, 6-7:30pm

WHO

CRSSLA's education committee has been working to help our students receive the academic enrichment and other services needed to achieve college and career readiness...despite the pandemic. Case management training and a family resource directory are being provided to help agencies and schools reach and support youth and families in the South Los Angeles area.
