Do Better Peer Lead Group

Please join us for a peer-led group focused on building a community of folx that want to do better for themselves and others, on both local and global levels. We meet weekly via Zoom and have time dedicated to a grounding exercise, a 15-minute body doubling session (we work on something of our own simultaneously), and sharing resources we can offer while focusing on action items to do together. The group also intends to organize community-care projects, which will involve local meetups.
